Each small batch of this nut butter is handcrafted with fresh-roasted High-Oleic Runner peanuts, Evie's Sweet & Salty Pecans, Organic Vermont maple syrup, Organic cocoa butter, bourbon whiskey, applewood smoked salt, and Jacobsen sea salt. We especially love Bourbon Pecan Peanut Butter with morning toast, overnight oats, fresh apple slices, and of course, in spoonfuls right out of the jar.

Grown by a close-knit community of farmers on North Carolina’s Coastal Plain, our High-Oleic Runner peanuts are 30% higher in heart-healthy fats than other peanuts and are great sources of protein, iron, calcium, magnesium, and the antioxidant resveratrol. These High-Oleic peanuts also offer natural protections against oxidation (rancidity) and the mold that can produce aflatoxin. Every lot of peanuts we receive is also thoroughly tested and given a clean bill of health before we accept it into inventory.
You may be aware of this, but most “bourbon” and “bourbon barrel” food products achieve the bourbon taste profile by using chemically created “natural flavors.” We are committed to exclusively using real, minimally processed ingredients, and as such, we don’t use shortcuts like that.

Our handcrafted nut butters and bars are freshly made in small batches and typically ship in 2-3 business days. We offer real–time shipping rates for services including USPS Priority Mail, USPS Retail Ground, FedEx – 2nd Day, and FedEx Home Delivery. These options include estimated shipping and arrival dates, but please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed, as they are subject to change by carrier. We don’t add any handling fees to your orders, and we work hard to negotiate the best shipping rates available.

INGREDIENT INTEGRITY
Each ingredient we use is carefully sourced based on our strict standards for taste, sustainability, transparency, and the fair and ethical treatment of everyone involved in producing it. Most of our ingredients are Certified Organic and all are GMO-free. We work exclusively with whole, natural foods, and you won’t find gluten, soy, or anything described as a “flavor” among our ingredients. We also never use fillers or shelf stabilizers like palm oil, hydrogenated oils, or partially hydrogenated oils.

Our skilled food artisans roast, toast, measure, and mix each batch by hand to exacting standards to get the pinnacle of taste and freshness from each ingredient. The small scale of our batch process allows us to craft each jar and bar with incredible precision and care you can taste. this is a great tasting replacement for my good ol' peanut butter (which i love). it has bits of pecans, which are identifiable, and the flavor is good. i do like it with a little peach or apricot fruit spread on toast with my morning coffee. i don't really notice a bourbon flavor, though. but that may just be me.
