If New England and Texas ever got together to make the ultimate pecan pie, we like to think it would taste a lot like our Maple Cinnamon Peanut & Pecan Butter, which is handmade with High-Oleic Runner peanuts, Organic Texas pecans, Organic Vermont maple syrup, cinnamon, and hand-harvested Jacobsen sea salt. This uncommonly delicious, warmly spiced nut butter allows each marquee ingredient to sing in beautiful harmony with the small-batch roasted peanuts and pecans. A favorite with kids and adults alike, Maple Cinnamon is amazing on toast, stirred into oatmeal, and spread thickly on fresh apple slices.
Grown by a close-knit community of farmers on North Carolina’s Coastal Plain, our High-Oleic Runner peanuts are 30% higher in heart-healthy fats than other peanuts and are great sources of protein, iron, calcium, magnesium, and the antioxidant resveratrol. These High-Oleic peanuts also offer natural protections against oxidation (rancidity) and the mold that can produce aflatoxin. Every lot of peanuts we receive is also thoroughly tested and given a clean bill of health before we accept it into inventory.
Sourced from a single family-owned orchard in South Texas, our Organic pecans represent the sweet, buttery standard of the South’s favorite nut. In addition to being pure comfort food, pecans contain unsaturated fats that can help lower blood cholesterol, fiber to promote good gut health, and vitamins and minerals proven to help lower blood sugar levels and promote brain function.
Our cinnamon is the world’s finest, sustainably grown in the ideal ecosystem of the Mount Kerinci region of the tropical island of Sumatra, Indonesia. Here, Cassia trees are sustainably harvested and carefully sorted for quality, resulting in a vibrant, distinctive cinnamon that pops in every spoonful. Among many other health benefits, cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and has been shown to reduce inflammation, improve insulin sensitivity, reduce blood pressure, and aid in digestion.

INGREDIENT INTEGRITY
Each ingredient we use is carefully sourced based on our strict standards for taste, sustainability, transparency, and the fair and ethical treatment of everyone involved in producing it. Most of our ingredients are Certified Organic and all are GMO-free. We work exclusively with whole, natural foods, and you won’t find gluten, soy, or anything described as a “flavor” among our ingredients. We also never use fillers or shelf stabilizers like palm oil, hydrogenated oils, or partially hydrogenated oils.
